📦 Delivery Terms
We arrange the transfer of wholesale orders from our warehouse in Istanbul to a transport or cargo company selected by the customer for delivery from Turkey to Kyrgyzstan.
Current rates, transit times, dispatch schedules, and collection terms must be confirmed directly with the selected carrier.
❗ Shipping charges are not included in the order total and are not paid to us. The transport company calculates the delivery cost independently and issues its own invoice to the recipient.
❗ The customer pays the shipping charges directly to the selected transport company in accordance with its rates and terms.
❗ The order can be handed over from our warehouse to any transport or cargo company selected by the customer.
❗ After the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the transport company is responsible for its safety, transit time, and delivery to the recipient.
